How to reach us

We reply fastest to emails, because we can then check and forward your details directly. The full company details can be found in the Legal notice.

How we can help you

Typical reasons to write to us:

• Questions before you start: You want to know whether ManualPass suits your documents and processes, for example for partly completed machinery, imported goods or consumer products.
• Large product range or individual contract: You are planning more than 250 machine types or a very large number of users, or need an individual contract, and are interested in the Enterprise plan.
• Purchasing and IT: Your company needs information on hosting, data protection or a data processing agreement.
• Questions during operation: You already use ManualPass and are stuck at some point, for example when printing labels or with a paper request.
• Invoice and account: Questions about changing plans, billing, payment method or team access. You can also find your invoices yourself as PDFs in the customer area.

What we need in your enquiry

So that we can answer without follow-up questions, please briefly tell us:

1. Number of machine types you want to provide – today and expected over the next few years.
2. Languages in which your documents are or will be available.
3. Document types, such as instructions for use, EU declaration of conformity, assembly instructions or safety information.
4. Your role: manufacturer, manufacturer of partly completed machinery, importer or distributor.
5. Special requirements, for example requirements from your purchasing or IT department.

Large product ranges: Enterprise plan

For the Starter (up to 10 machine types, €129 per month), Professional (up to 50 machine types, €279 per month) and Business (up to 250 machine types, €549 per month) plans, you create your account yourself and test it free of charge for 14 days without payment details. Prices are excl. VAT; the term is 12 months, billed annually in advance. The Enterprise plan (price on request) offers unlimited machine types and users, all additional features, a dedicated contact person and an individual contract. Data protection and data processing

You conclude the data processing agreement (DPA) online in the application under “Data protection & DPA”; you can find the contract text under Data processing agreement. How ManualPass stores and protects data is explained on the Security page. How we handle the data from your contact enquiry is set out in the Privacy policy.

What happens after your enquiry

1. Receipt: You email us at support@manualpass.eu.
2. Follow-up questions: If details are missing, for example on the number of machine types or the languages, we will get back to you briefly.
3. Answer: You receive a concrete answer and, for Enterprise enquiries, a quote based on your details.
4. Start: You create your account, or we set up the right plan together.
